Then, we develop both a short-term and a long-term plan for the work you need. We'll work the details out together so that we're all fully comfortable with each step.

Depending upon the project, we'll establish certain milestones along the way for our deliverables—for example, design completion, initial launch, testing, and final launch.

You'll also have milestones—for instance, on most projects, your timely participation is crucial in producing and/or gathering materials for your site.

Once this strategic framework is complete, we work with you to ensure that your site meets all your expectations—esthetic, functional and financial.

Then, once we've delivered the site to you, we'll stay on the job until you're fully delighted with the result.
